Call the VA Student Center at 1-888-442-4551 to determine what chapter you qualify for and your eligibility.

Wait to receive your Certificate of Eligibility in the mail.
You can also verify your Certificate of Eligibility using this website: https://ask.va.gov/
- Submit the following documents to the Veteran Administrator at CFNI in person or by email using veterans@cfni.org
- Certificate of Eligibility
- DD214
- Note the DD214 documents are not required for those under the DEA Program (Ch. 35)
- Joint Service Transcripts (JST)

The following documents must be completed with the VA at CFNI:
- Record of Previous Education and Training (Form 010)
- Receipt of Enrollment Policy (Form 005)
- Payment Deferral
- Payment Plan
Q&A
As of right now, the VA does not cover Online School at CFNI due to some rules and regulations the State Approving Agency (SAA) has in place.
CFNI does not offer Hazelwood benefits; it is only offered through public institutions in Texas.
